I am Bella!
A classic Californian rabbit, (a true American ‘fancy’ breed) I have the standard black markings on my nose, ears, feet and tail. My fur is legendary.
My age is thought to be between 1 to 1.5 years old as of Feb. -2012. I was found in May 2011, lost and alone in a park near a creek in Gresham. Since
my rescue, I have been with my foster mom ever since. A total sweetie-pie, I am docile, like snuggles, am interactive, and I have a playful, silly side.
I adore time out of my exercise pen to enjoy the run of the house. I usually do a couple of laps first, tossing my head, then share my bliss with a
few flying binkies. After that I like to cool down with a satisfying flop-and-roll before stretching out for a nap. My foster mom says I am very tidy
too. I like the two cats here and try to convince them to play. I need a forever home with someone who will provide lots of love, a healthy diet, a
roomy exercise pen with an open door when my humans are home, and daily outings as described above. I would like to have a boyfriend in my future,
and would do well with mature, older children due to my size as one of the larger breeds. I thrive on praise, kindness and affection. Whoever adopts
me will be very lucky to have me as part of their life! I plan to steal your heart! Indoor home ONLY in the greater
Portland / Salem / Vancouver / Camas areas please. Wt. 8lbs.

Callie
On February 9, 2012, I suddenly showed up in the front yard of a nice couple who lived in Stayton, OR. I was so lucky to be
saved by them as I had been released into the wild by my previous owners, who wanted me to be killed by the predators! I am a
beautiful 8-pound female Californian rabbit with brown markings, not the typical black. True to my breed, I am gentle, loving,
people-friendly, plus I am already great with my litter box. My favs are exploring and boinking, munching on unpeeled willow balls,
fresh hay, and a mixture of fresh lettuces & herbs. I had a comprehensive physical exam was spayed and microchipped, and had a full
blood panel by a vet in Salem. Everything checked out fine. Please let my foster mom know if you want to meet me some weekend soon.
My age is unknown, but probably 2-3 years. Indoor home ONLY, and in the greater Portland / Salem / Vancouver / Camas areas please

Dora
the Rabbit Explorer is so named due to her inquisitive and intelligent nature.
Dora is a largish young (6 months as of May 2012) Champagne d'Argent. What a beautiful face she has! Her fur is so soft and shiny! charcoal flecked with silver. Dora is gentle; someone with confidence and/or experience should have no problem picking her up and carrying her when needed. A big young vital girl like Dora will want to have a larger living space, regular exercise time, and lots of good social interaction with her people. She may like a buddy; she behaves with grace and sweetness around the resident elder male bunny, even though he makes a bit of a pest of himself. Dora uses a litter box and hasn't appeared to be a bun to chew forbidden objects. She spent the first few months of her life in a situation where human interaction was not always safe and once in a while a sudden unexpected movement can still send her darting off looking for safety, Would you like to make Dora happy by joining in her adventures? * Long haired rabbitsGrooming can be a great daily ritual where you and your bunny make time for each other. You can groom while watching your favorite show, after a cup of tea, or before bed. It's soothing for you both -- and a great way to strengthen the bond between you and your companion animal. If you simply don't have the time, angoras can be trimmed down (carefully!) with special scissors every other week. And like wathcing a living chia pet, you can see them grow back into all that fluff! | ||||||||||||||||||||
